Complaint handling
We strive to make our projects as flawless as possible. However, should something go wrong despite our best efforts, we use the following complaints procedure in Spain.
Please report your complaint as soon as possible. This will give us a chance to resolve the complaint adequately. You can submit your complaint via e-mail: moc.amlapalti @ofni.
If we are unable to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you have the option to file a complaint with the Gobierno de Canarias. To do so, fill in the complaint form using the following QR code:
